Posted

In partnership with the Friends of Washington Crossing Park, the next meeting of the Washington Crossing Historic Park Book Club will be at 5:30 p.m. Monday, July 18. This meeting will be held virtually using Zoom and registration is required.

Museum curator Kimberly McCarty will lead a discussion of the book club’s next selection: “The Revolutionary World of a Free Black Man: Jacob Francis, 1754-1836” by William L. Kidder. Specifically, the group will discuss “Author’s Note” – Chapter 6.

Book club meetings are free and open to all, though members must provide their own book. This title is available (in limited quantities) from the park gift shop.

To register and for information, visit WashingtonCrossingPark.org and search for the July Book Club under History Events. Zoom meeting details will be provided upon registration.
