Caleb’s American Kitchen (CAK), a popular BYO restaurant located in Lahaska, Bucks County, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary.
Chef Caleb Lentchner opened CAK in October 2013 and has established the eatery as a locals’ favorite for enjoying breakfast, lunch and dinner.
To celebrate the milestone anniversary, CAK will recognizing 10 local organizations by giving them back 20% of the food sales during dinner service (5-9 p.m.) on the scheduled nights as follows:
– Wednesday, June 28: New Hope Celebrates
– Thursday, July 13: Bucks County SPCA
– Thursday, July 20: Buckingham Township Police
– Thursday, Aug. 3: Carversville Farm Foundation
– Thursday, Aug. 17: Midway Volunteer Fire Company
– Thursday, Sept. 14: Bucks County Chapter of Fox Chase Cancer Center
– Thursday, Sept. 28: Buckingham Friends School
– Thursday, Oct. 12: Rolling Harvest Food Rescue
– Thursday, Oct. 26: Bucks County Herald Foundation
– Thursday, Nov. 2: Fisherman’s Mark
“Our success over the past 10 years is largely in part to our local patrons who have remained loyal to us since we opened our doors,” Lentchner said. “The 10 local establishments have also been very supportive to our business, and it’s only fitting that we give back to them while we celebrate 10 years in business. We encourage our local patrons to visit us on one of the designate nights to support these wonderful organizations.”
The kick-off date on Wednesday, June 28 will liven up CAK’s dining room with a free drag show in recognition of New Hope Celebrates (NHC). For 20 years, NHC has been organizing activities and events that serve the diverse LGBTQ+ populace through the creation and promotion of marketing opportunities, educational activities, and cultural events.
Melissa Patterson, president of New Hope Celebrates, commented, “Thanks to a proclamation from the Bucks County Commissioners’ Office, June is officially LGBTQ+ Pride Month in Bucks County and we are thrilled to close out the month with a drag show for all patrons to enjoy. Caleb’s American Kitchen is a BYO New American restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from Tuesday – Sunday during the hours of 8 a.m.-9 p.m. It is located at 5738 Route 202, Lahaska, with an additional entrance on Route 263/Upper York Road.
