Bucks Chapter of The Links, Incorporated sets 6th Biennial Links Legends Tea

The Bucks County Chapter of The Links, Incorporated will host its 6th Biennial Legends Tea on Wednesday, Dec. 27, at The Logan Hotel, One Logan Square, Philadelphia, beginning at 11 a.m.

This event is a multi-generational celebration of mothers, daughters, sisters and friends, paying tribute to the dynamic women who have taught us to be courageous, stand in our truth, write our own stories and wholeheartedly embrace sisterhood.

The program will include a keynote speaker, celebration of generations of women, games and prizes. Vendor shopping will begin at 10 a.m., and afternoon tea will begin at 11 a.m.

Tickets are $125 for adults, $75 for children (12 and under).

Prior to the tea, there will be an HBCU & Friends Happy Hour from 4 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec, 26, at The Assembly Rooftop Lounge, The Logan Hotel, One Logan Square, Philadelphia. An RSVP is requested.

Also on Tuesday, Dec, 26, there will be a Fireside Chat from 8 to 9:30 p.m. in The Monticello Room, The Logan Hotel, One Logan Square, Philadelphia. An RSVP is requested.

The Links, Incorporated is an international, not-for-profit corporation, established in 1946. The membership consists of more than 17,000 professional women of African descent in 299 chapters in 41 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, and the United Kingdom.

It is one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations of extraordinary women who are committed to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the culture and economic survival of African Americans and other persons of African ancestry.
