Youth painting to benefit Arbor Day Foundation

Twenty-four local youth artists have joined together to complete one collaborative painting, “Springtime at Tyler Park,” which will be sold to the highest bidder as a fundraiser for the Arbor Day Foundation.

The painting is on display for the month of June at Countryside Gallery, located at 2 S. State St., Newtown.

Bidding entry forms for the silent auction of this piece are available at the gallery, or bids can be placed via email at youthartsilentauctionbids@aol.com.

Bidding ends June 30 and the highest bidder will be contacted shortly after. All proceeds benefits the Arbor Day Foundation.

Countryside Gallery & Framing is open Sundays and Mondays from 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m.- 6 p.m., and Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30 am-7 p.m. While at the gallery, check out the “Happy Trees” art show and have your photo taken with Bob Ross, courtesy of Advanced Graphics.
