“The World Series of Autism”

Posted

Artwork by Nicholas “Nicky” St. Clair, who was diagnosed with autism at age 2, is on view in “The World Series of Autism” at Countryside Gallery, 2 S. State St., Newtown, through April 30. St. Clair found a passion for drawing at a young age, and said his artwork gave him the confidence to communicate with other students and make friends. In 2018 an autism organization called The Camden County Partnership for Children invited St. Clair to speak. He then began volunteering to help others with autism, becoming a mentor and speaking for those who struggle with autism. He said his comics, animations, posters, and sports murals have given him the confidence to express his passion for art and communicate with others in the community. For information, call 215-968-2246 or visit www.countrysideframes.com.
