Kudos to Don Landry for his May 20 letter (Choosing between two paths)! Oh, if only everyone had his integrity, excellent work ethic, traditional American spirit!
It saddens me, concerns me and angers me that there are so many jobs available – see all the “help wanted” ads and signs – and people choose not to work.
Where is their self-esteem? Shame on our elected officials for allowing this to go on by just handing them our money. God have mercy on our country.
