Salem Church of Doylestown is raising funds to help provide blankets to victims of natural and man-made disasters, such as hurricanes, wildfires, floods, and war.
Every year, Church World Service manufactures and distributes blankets worldwide to shelters and community organizations that help those whose homes and lives have been destroyed.
Salem Church asks for your help to “Blanket the World with Love” by purchasing blankets for $10 each, online or by check.
To buy a blanket, write a check to Salem Church and clearly mark in the memo “Blankets.” Mail or drop off your check to 186 E. Court St., Doylestown, PA, 18901 or visit salemstrong.org, click on Give, Donate, and choose the Social Action option. Any money collected through this option between March 10 and April 7 will be donated to CWS for blankets.
