Ryan Field, born James J. Field, Palm Springs, Calif., formerly from New Hope, Pa., died peacefully in the arms of his husband, Nino Marchesani Jr. of 31 years, on November 20, 2023.

Ryan was born in East Orange, N.J., to James B. and Arline Field. The family moved to Penns Grove, N.J., where he grow up most of his life, when his late father accepted employment as the Superintendent of Schools for Salem County, N.J. Ryan graduated from St. James High School then attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and received his Bachelors in English.

He is survived by his husband, Nino Marchesani Jr., of Palm Springs, Calif., and formerly New Hope, Pa., his sister John and Peggy Giacalone, his brothers Mark Field and partner Scott Michaels, his brother Stan and Mellissa Field, his father-in-law Nino and Patrice Marchesani, sisters-in-law, Joanne Marchesani-Smith,, Philip and Michele Pizzo, William and Angela, his brothers-in law, Michael and Theresa Marchesani, Joseph Marchesani, Michael Cataldo, his 12 nieces, 14 nephews as well as two grandnieces, five grandnephews and his cherished dog, Jax. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Dr. James B. and Arline Field, his mother-in-law, Joanne E. Marchesani, and his sister-in-law Maria Cataldo, and his three pets, Nittney, Kipper and Lexi.
