Members of the 2023 state championship Pennridge girls soccer team were recently honored on the floor of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives during a formal session. State Rep. Craig Staats and state Rep. Shelby Labs presented the team, coaches and Pennridge School District with proclamations that spoke to their dominance in girls sports over the last four years. After the session in the House of Representatives, the Rams had a pizza lunch with local lawmakers then got a VIP tour with plenty of time for “selfies” and fun in the state Capitol.
