Paul W. Memminger

Paul W. Memminger, a longtime resident of New Hope, PA, died on March 2, 2024. He was 83.

Paul was born in West Orange, NJ, the youngest son of Louis and Ferda Memminger. He graduated from Seton Hall Prep and Villanova University.

Paul worked for Western Electric, later AT&T. Upon retirement he started the Reasonable Home Repair Company which he ran for 12 years. Paul served on the New Hope Planning Board and was a volunteer at the New Hope Auto Show. As a young man Paul served with the National Guard and was called to an 18 month stint of full time service at Fort McClellan in Anniston, Alabama.

Paul is survived by his children and their spouses Laura Zigich and her husband Glenn and Christopher Memminger and his wife Tracey; his grandchildren Rhys Zigich and Gwyneth Zigich; and his wife Victoria Grove Memminger and her son Robert Shuman and his wife Janis.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather and share memories of Paul on Tuesday, March 19, at 12 noon at the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, 21 York Street, Lambertville, NJ 08530.

Interment with military honors will follow at 2:30 at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940.
