Owowcow hosts Dine and Donate for Roxey Ballet

Posted

Local ice cream shop Owowcow will host a Dine and Donate event benefiting Roxey Ballet at its Lambertville shop, located at 237 N. Union St., from 5 to 9 p.m. April 13.

Immediately following the sensory-friendly performance of “Children’s Classic Stories” at Mill Ballet, Roxey Ballet invites the cast, audience, and the entire community to join in for this special fundraiser. Come early and spoil your dinner, or stop by the shop later in the evening for a special dessert.

Be sure to mention Roxey Ballet at checkout, and 20% of the sales will be donated to the nonprofit. A special sundae has been created for the event, inspired by the company’s upcoming production of “Carnival of the Animals.” Order the “Carnival of the Animals Sundae” for one night only, featuring Owowcow’s house vanilla ice cream topped with popcorn, caramel sauce, whipped cream, and a cherry.

Roxey Ballet presents the “Children’s Classic Stories” “Carnival of the Animals” and “Sleeping Beauty-Aurora’s Wedding” on April 13 at Mill Ballet in New Hope, with a sensory-friendly performance, and on April 20-21 at Villa Victoria Theater in Ewing, N.J.
