New Hope-Solebury defeated river town rival South Hunterdon 8-2 in a game played Saturday at Trenton Thunder Ballpark.
South Hunterdon (7-9) concludes the regular season Thursday at Pennington while New Hope-Solebury (6-12) hosted Upper Moreland in its final regular season game on Wednesday (results unavailable at press time). NJSIAA sectionals and the District One/11 3A tournament are slated to begin next week.
