Inspire Culture First slates subsidies for HR services

Posted

Inspire Culture First, a Bucks County-based consulting firm providing HR expertise, education and guidance to small and mid-sized organizations will offer subsidized consulting services to qualifying businesses and nonprofits.

In assessing the business landscape and analyzing how companies operated pre-pandemic, many organizations experienced significant changes to work arrangements. Many of these challenges are still evident.

Companies are grappling with remote workforces, hybrid work environments and COVID-related questions while simultaneously focusing on running their core business operations.

“As businesses attempt to forge ahead and navigate the ‘new normal,’ at times with minimal resources and limited budgets, it is important we support each other as owners and leaders and give back. Inspire Culture First realizes these challenges and is offering financial assistance to help businesses get back on their feet from an HR perspective,” said Inspire Culture First Executive Director Denise Hackendahl.

Understanding businesses have had to navigate through a pandemic should not give them an excuse to ignore employment-related issues arising from the pandemic. In fact, now more than ever it is critical to have a compliant HR infrastructure.

Areas such as recruiting and maintaining staff, onboarding, employee communication and engagement, performance management, training and exit/termination strategies should all be in place.

Inspire Culture First is looking to be a resource for businesses to implement a solid Human Resources foundation and will therefore be offering this subsidy throughout 2021.
