The Central Bucks East girls basketball team defeated rival Central Bucks West 41-23 Tuesday in Doylestown.

The East defense held the Bucks to just seven points in the first half while the offense was led by Patriots Natalie Berndt (13 points) and Anna Barry (12 points).

CB West (1-2) hosts North Penn Thursday and CB East (1-0) visits Central Bucks South Friday.
