Christmas came early in Chalfont

Posted

We want to thank the good folks at Beaver Building & Remodeling in Chalfont for giving our family an early Christmas gift. We are a retired couple that is raising our granddaughter, age 7.

Outside our apartment is a dilapidated concrete and wood-framed park bench, on which our granddaughter likes to play. The bench’s condition was so bad that we decided to rehabilitate it.

We noticed that Beaver Building & Remodeling advertises that they are small project specialists, so my wife visited their office, showed them a photo and asked for an estimate. She was told they would take a look and get back to her soon.

They called back later that day and advised that they would rebuild the bench pro bono. We offered to pay but the owner, Kevin, insisted.

Good to their word, a few weeks later we got a call and a crew (Andrew and Ryan) came out and rebuilt the bench in one afternoon. They did a first-class job, using quality pressure treated wood, counter sunk and filled the large bolts and then carefully sanded it all down.

Now, our ugly old park bench is not only beautiful, but rebuilt better than original. We couldn’t be happier.

Thank you so much to the good folks at Beaver Building & Remolding.

Jackie and Tim Donney, Chalfont
