Habitat for Humanity welcomes couple home to Croydon

Posted

Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County this month dedicated its 129th home, built as part of its Homeownership Program, which provides low- and moderate-income families with a path to a new home.

The home on Walnut Street in Croydon went to Tyler, Angelica and their family. Habitat for Humanity does not traditionally provide its clients’ last names.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tyler, Angelica, and their family into their new home and are grateful for the support of our sponsors and community partners,” said Florence Kawoczka, Habitat Bucks’ executive director. “Together, we are not just building houses; we are fostering hope, stability, and opportunity for families in Bucks County.”

Those sponsors and partners include Parx Casino, Blue Rock Construction, DeLuca Homes, M&T Bank, PECO-Exelon, Pulte Homes, Wells Fargo and Woodside Church.
