Audio-drama writer Barry M. Putt, Jr. to sign book, present workshop

Doylestown Bookshop welcomes audio-drama writer Barry M. Putt, Jr. as he discusses and signs copies of “Stories Told Through Sound: The Craft of Writing Audio Dramas for Podcasts, Streaming, and Radio” at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24.

Putt will offer a presentation on the craft of audio-drama writing, followed by a book signing. During the hour-long, interactive session, he will cover story structure, character development, and ways to adapt your work, along with a mini-workshop that will enable participants to begin developing their own audio-drama script.

Putt’s new book, “Stories Told through Sound,” is published by Applause Books.
