Slo Flo Yoga takes place at the Mercantile in Doylestown 10 a.m. Saturdays.
Focusing on alignment, the class starts with a warmup, gradually increasing the heat with a smooth transition into cooling down. The class is designed to leave participants feeling invigorated and relaxed by the end of the session.
The community drop-in class is $5 and is presented by the instructors of Meet Me in Down Dog.
