Show at Pebble Hill Gallery benefits interfaith church

Posted
Gretchen Altabef is exhibiting a retrospective of her eclectic artwork during the month of August at Pebble Hill Gallery, 320 Edison-Furlong Road, Doylestown.

An opening for “Gretchen Altabef Retrospective” is set for 12:15 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4. For information, visit pebblehillchurch.org or call 215-348-3428.

Altabef has just completed her first novel and it has been accepted for publication. Release dates and more information will be available as this unfolds.

This Gallery Show is a fundraiser for Pebble Hill Church. One hundred percent of the sales from the show will go to Pebble Hill Church. In a way, this show represents a farewell to Altabef’s artist life and a leap off the cliff into her life as a novelist.

The retrospective covers Altabef’s career as a photographer. She has worked in advertising, journalism, PR, theater and television. She is a member of the Sherlock Holmes Society of London, the John H. Watson Society and the Dumpster Divers of Philadelphia artist collective.

The gallery is open from noon to 3 p.m. Sundays and the second Friday of the month from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Contact the Gallery Director Marguerite Paluch for other arrangements at 267-252-3996 or margueritepaluch@gmail.com.
