Central Bucks

Charged: Armond Butler, 20, of Ambler, with theft and receiving stolen property following a fraud investigation.
In February, Butler opened a bank account followed by suspicious activity resulting in fraudulent transactions totaling $6,450, police said. Butler turned himself in on an active warrant on May 12. He was arraigned, and bail was set at $1,500 unsecured.

Quakertown

Charged: Joshua Gough, 23, of Tierney Court, Quakertown, May 17, with driving under the influence, possession of suspected heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an accident that occurred May 11, in the 200 block of South West End Boulevard.

Charged: Amy Koontz, 40, and Avery Colon, 19, both of West Broad Street, Quakertown, with delivery of controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, stemming from further investigation into a March 4 traffic stop.

Koontz turned herself in at Quakertown Police Department on May 18 and was arraigned by District Judge Jan Vislosky. Bail was set at $150,000 and she was remanded to Bucks County Prison. An arrest warrant has been issued for Avery Colon. Police ask anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Quakertown Police Department at 215-536-5002.

Richland

Charged: Gary Rozecki, 53, of Richland Township, with driving under the influence and related charges, at approximately 2:30 p.m. April 30. Police said they received a complaint about his driving, and discovered he nearly struck oncoming vehicles and struck curbs multiple time.
