Central Bucks

Charged: Christopher Willis, 47 of Philadelphia, with retail theft, at 3 p.m. May 11, after officers were dispatched to Something Else, 31 W. State St., Doylestown, for report of man who stole a pair of gray pants and fled. Willis was then spotted walking down Main Street wearing the stolen pants with tags still attached. Willis was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at $15,000 unsecured with conditions, and released.

Newtown Township

Charged: Andrew Duchesneau, 31, of Newtown, May 11, with indecent assault - person less than 13 years of age, in connection with sex offenses, which allegedly occurred on various occasions in 2008 when Duchesneau was 18-years-old and the alleged victim, in this case, was approximately 11-years-old.

Duchesneau was charged with five counts of indecent assault against a person less than 13 years of age, a felony of the third degree. He was processed and arraigned by District Judge Michael Petrucci, bail was set at $250,000 (10%) and he was remanded to the Bucks County Correction Facility.

Quakertown

Arrested: Paul Wright, 36, of Old Bethlehem Pike, Sellersville, at 5:35 p.m. May 2, for unlawfully taking an electric trimmer from Rite Aid, 1465 W. Broad St. On a search drug paraphernalia was found. He was charged with theft and possession.

Arrested: Jody Gilbert, 54, of Bergey Road, Telford, at 10:05 a.m. May 6, in the 200 block of West Broad Street on two active Bench Warrants out of Bucks and Montgomery counties. Suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found in his possession.

Cited: Leigh Gidlewski, 27, of Mansfield Circle, Quakertown, May 8, for public drunkenness stemming from an incident that occurred in the first block of South West End Boulevard on May 6.

Cited: Margi Renninger, 60, Richlandtown Pike, Richlandtown, for public drunkenness at 7:38 p.m. May 8, in the area of the Bush House, 200 W. Broad St.

Cited: Scott Jones, 47, of East Broad Street, Quakertown, May 11, for disorderly conduct at the Trolley Barn Market, 116 E. Broad St., on May 5.

Richland

Charged: Lana Ann Dallatore, 36, of Laurel Court with aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and harassment, following a domestic disturbance on April 16.

Arrested: Ronald Page 43, of Doylestown, April 23, following a routine traffic stop when he was found to be wanted by Central Bucks Regional for an outstanding warrant. Page was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charged: Gary Francis Rozecki, 53, of Fieldstone Court, with DUI, failure to drive within a single lane and careless driving following the report of a reckless driver in the area of Heller Road and Walnut Bank Farms on April 30.
