Faith Christian boys’ soccer turned a sure loss into an unbelievable win Thursday against Plumstead Christian, rallying from a 2-0 hole to win, 3-2, in OT, as Cameron McDonald headed a free kick into the Panthers goal 59 seconds into overtime. The Lions scored their first goal with 3:34 remaining in regulation, then tied it with 0:15 seconds left on a corner kick by McDonald. With the win, Faith Christian claimed possession of the Bicentennial Athletic League Constitution Division.
Pirates girls’ soccer blanks Lions

Senior Callie Duliba had two second-half scores as Palisades girls’ soccer shut out visiting Faith Christian, 5-0, Thursday afternoon. Anna Robinson and Karla Keler scored in the first half, while Rachel Colletti concluded the game’s scoring in the second. The Pirates outshot the Lions, 28-7. Faith junior goalkeeper Carien Barnes was strong despite the setback, registering 14 saves.
