Upper Black Eddy
From Doylestown:
Take Route 611 North through Revere and Ferndale. Turn right
at Center Hill
Rd (2.8 mi) Continue on Narrows Hill Rd (0.8 mi).
To get to Indian Rock Inn,
take a slight left on to River Rd and
arrive at Indian Rock Inn on your
left. To get to Hairy Mary's take
a hard right onto River Rd and in .5 miles
arrive at Hairy Mary's on your left.
From River Road South:
Cross the bridge at New Hope to Lambertville, N.J. Turn left at
the second
light and go north on Route 29 through Stockton to
Frenchtown. In
Frenchtown, turn left onto Bridge Street. Go one
block, and take a right
onto Harrison Street, at the Blue Mule.
Follow Harrison out of Frenchtown
for about 3.6 miles through
the country until you get to a stop light. Take
a left here, onto
Bridge Street in Milford. Cross the bridge to Upper Black
Eddy.
Hairy Mary's will be on your right in about 2 miles. Follow River
Road
for.8 miles further to Indian Rock. You will pass several
"Road Closed" signs. The road is open all the way to the hotel.
Hairy Mary's on your right
prior to The Indian Rock Inn on your left.
From New Hope:
Turn right at W Bridge St to York Rd. Take a slight left at US-202
S (5.4
mi). Merge right to continue on US-202 S (2.7 mi) Turn right
on to Swamp Rd
(1.6 mi) Turn right at N Easton Rd (13.9 mi) Turn
left at Easton Rd/PA-611
(1.6 mi) Turn right at Center Hill Rd (2.8 mi)
Continue on Narrows Hill Rd
(0.8 mi) To get to Indian Rock Inn,
take a slight left on to River Rd and
arrive at Indian Rock Inn on your
left. To get to Hairy Mary's take a hard
right onto River Rd and in
.5 miles arrive at Hairy Mary's on your left.
From River Road North:
Route 611 to Route 32 at Kintnersville.
Roads is closed to Narrows Hill Road. |

From New Hope:
Cross the bridge at New Hope to Lambertville, N.J.
Turn left at the second
light and go north on Route 29 through
Stockton to Frenchtown. In
Frenchtown, turn left onto Bridge Street.
Cross bridge to River Road and
turn left. Bucks Bounty restaurant
is approx. .25 miles south from the
bridge on the right.
Approximately
.5 miles further South is A Gourmet's
Pantry on
the right.
Golden Pheasant Inn is 2.5 miles south of the bridge.
Sand Castle Winery is just beyond the inn.
Cross the one-lane canal
bridge
and turn right.
Banners are at the entrance and the winery
is
at the
top of
the hill.
From Doylestown:
Take Route 611 North to sign "Silo Hill Road All Turns." Make a right
turn
and proceed to the stop sign. Turn right and go to next stop sign.
Turn left
onto Point Pleasant Pike. Continue for 6.5 miles to the village
of Point
Pleasant. Cross bridge over creek and turn left at Route 32
North.
Go 4.5
miles. Sand Castle Winery entrance is before the one-lane
canal bridge. To
reach Golden Pheasant Inn go over the one-lane bridge.
The inn is on left.
Follow Rt. 32 N for .8 miles to Gourmet's Pantry on left.
Follow another .5
miles to Bucks Bounty on Left.
From River Road North:
Route 611 to Route 32 at Kintnersville.
Road is closed to Narrows Hill Road.
Follow 611 South to Narrows Hill Road,
turn right on Route 32.

DELAWARE QUARRIES
Lumberville
River Road is open from Route 263 north to Cuttalossa Road. From Doylestown take 263 from 202/263 intersection at Lahaska (Peddler’s Village) to Center Bridge. Ignore road closed signs at Center Bridge (Dilly’s Corner) and turn left on River Road. Quarry is on left
about 3 miles north.
From Route 29 in New Jersey:
Turn on to Bridge Street in Stockton.
Cross bridge to Pennsylvania and turn right on River Road.
From New Hope:
Take River Road north to Route 263. Ignore road closed signs
and continue on River Road about 3 miles.
From Tinicum and points north:
River Road is open to Lumberville. Turn right on Greenhill Road,
left on 263 and left on River Road. Ignore signs and proceed
about 3 miles to quarry.

TINSMAN LUMBER & 1740 HOUSE
Lumberville
From Doylestown:
Take Route 263 north from the intersection of 202/263
at Lahaska (Peddler’s Village). Turn left at Greenhill Road,
which ends at River Road at the south end of Lumberville.
Turn left on River Road. 1740 House is on the right. The
lumber yard is on the left about a mile north. From Route 29 in New Jersey:
Cross bridge at Stockton and continue on Route 263 in
Pennsylvania. Turn right on Greenhill Road, which ends
at River Road at the south end of Lumberville. Lumber
yard is on the left about a mile north on River Road. From New Hope:
Take River Road north to Route 263 at Dilly’s Corner.
Turn left on 263. Turn right on Greenhill Road, which
ends at River Road. Turn left into Lumberville. From Tinicum and points north:
River Road is open through Lumberville to Greenhill Road. |
