Cairn University partners with “Faith on the Field Show”

In August, Cairn University became the primary sponsor of “Faith On The Field Show.”

Hosted by multi-media personality Rob Maaddi, “Faith on the Field Show” talks about “the impact of faith on the sports world featuring interviews with prominent athletes, including some of the biggest names in the games.”

Although only in production for under two years, “Faith on the Field Show” has featured star athletes, from women’s hockey olympian Gigi Marvin to MLB players Clayton Kershaw and Matt Carpenter. Several Super Bowl champion Eagles, including quarterback Carson Wentz and head coach Doug Pederson , have appeared on the show and other “Faith on the Field” events.

An episode of “Faith on the Field Show” featuring Dr. Todd Williams, president of the University will air this weekend. Maaddi will host a book signing of his latest book, “Birds of Pray,” at Cairn University on Monday, Nov. 19.

Maaddi launched “Faith on the Field Show” in April 2017 to “give athletes a platform to talk about the way Christ has worked in their lives” and to “help inspire, encourage, and challenge people to grow in faith.”

“Faith on the Field Show” can be heard on Sundays from noon to 1 p.m. and Wednesdays from 5 to 6 p.m. on 610 ESPN Philadelphia, 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturdays on 107.5 Alive (Reading), or accessed anytime on iTunes, YouTube or the Joy FM sports app.
