Singer-songwriter Tom Goss comes to New Hope

Singer-songwriter Tom Goss will appear in his only Philadelphia-area performance on his current tour at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 17, in the historic St. Philip’s Episcopal Church at 10 Chapel Road, New Hope.

“Goss is an unabashed romantic, known worldwide for his expressive and personal songs, and for his eye-popping, unceasingly creative music videos.”

His videos for “Son of a Preacher Man,” “Bears,” “Illuminate the Dark” and others have garnered more than nine million total views. His latest, “Click,” was released Aug. 31, and is the first of its kind: a choose-your-own-adventure video that allows viewers to experience the song in thousands of unique iterations.

Goss and his videos have been featured on The Huffington Post, Upworthy, Out, The Advocate, Billboard and The Daily Beast, among many others. His music has been featured on ABC, HBO, Univision and Logo.

Goss has performed more than 1,000 shows in six countries. He was a staple in Washington, D.C., where he was twice named Best Musician by The Washington Blade, before recently relocating to Los Angeles. In addition to making music, Goss appeared in the 2014 film “Out to Kill” and the web series “Where the Bears Are,” in addition to hosting “Hot Messages” for World of Wonder.

The concert is open to the public. The suggested admission is $10, although this is a free-will offering, so any amount will be accepted.
