Temple Judea sets three open houses

Temple Judea of Bucks County hosts three open houses.

Temple Judea of Bucks County, a Reform synagogue in Doylestown, will host three open houses in August to provide the community with an opportunity to tour the synagogue and meet the clergy and lay leaders.

The first open house will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Aug. 12, and will include a free pancake breakfast. This open house is geared toward families, and children will be able to explore the synagogue’s playground, weather permitting.

Additional open houses will take place Aug. 17 and Aug. 24 after services, which begin at 7 p.m. Following the service, there will be a dessert reception (oneg) and the opportunity for people to tour the synagogue, talk to clergy and have their questions answered.

All three events are open to all, and no R.S.V.P. is needed to attend.

The synagogue is located at 38 Rogers Road in Furlong, Doylestown Township. For information, call 215-348-5022 or visit templejudea.org.
