The Tinicum Civic Association have named the award-winning artists in the 68th Tinicum Arts Festival’s Art Barn exhibit, which took place at Tinicum Park, Erwinna, July 9 and 10.

A total of 189 artists participated. The judges were oil painter Jennifer Hansen Rolli from Newtown and watercolorist Richard Hoffman from Voorhees, N.J.
